Terms & Booking Policy

1. Your booking

A booking is confirmed once it appears under My Bookings, or once we confirm it with you on WhatsApp. The time is then held for you alone, so please come a few minutes early.

2. Changing or cancelling

Please give us at least two days notice to change or cancel a booking.

If something comes up later than that, tell us anyway. There is no charge and nothing is taken off your package — we ask for the notice so the slot can go to someone else, not to catch you out.

3. Arriving late

We will do what we can with the time that is left. A treatment that starts late may still have to finish on time, out of fairness to the customer after you, and the full price applies.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in Singapore dollars and are what you pay — everything a treatment needs is included in the price shown.

Payment is due at the end of your visit, by PayNow or as otherwise agreed. The prices shown include GST.

Prices may change, but never for a booking that is already confirmed.

5. Packages and prepaid credit

A package is a set number of sessions bought upfront, valid for the period stated when you buy it, and usable for the treatments the package names.

A package belongs to the person who bought it. It cannot be shared or transferred, and unused sessions are not refundable or exchangeable for cash or credit.

If the validity is running out and you still have sessions left, talk to us — whether to extend it is something we decide with you, case by case.

6. Before your treatment

Please tell us if you are pregnant or trying to be, have a skin condition, allergy or recent injury, are taking medication, or have had surgery or an aesthetic procedure recently.

Some treatments are not suitable in those cases. We may suggest a different one, or ask you to check with your doctor first.

7. What our treatments are

Our treatments are for grooming, comfort and relaxation. They are not medical treatment and do not replace advice from a doctor or a registered TCM practitioner.

How much difference a treatment makes varies from person to person, and we cannot promise a particular result.

8. Under 18

A parent or guardian must agree to the booking, and be present for the treatments where we tell you so.

9. Your belongings

Please keep valuables with you. We are not able to take responsibility for items left at the salon.

10. This website

The text, photographs and design on this site belong to Melia Beautician Pte Ltd. Please do not copy them for another business.

11. If something goes wrong

Tell us at the salon or on WhatsApp — we would far rather put it right ourselves. These terms are governed by Singapore law.
